Even though we see movies on TV or news media, seeing the movie in a Theatre is really enjoyable and memorable event and memories of such shows linger in our minds. Kids like it most. In the present prolonged lockdown, opportunity to see such movie in theatre has become impossible.
Once while sitting in the backyard we were discussing about such events. Anusha and asmi were very delighted to share their experience and told about the whole episode of going to theatre, purchasing tickets taking some eatables and enjoying the movie on big screen with emotion immersed feelings. We dispersed our meeting as cold wind and darkness made us move inside.
In the night, I saw Anusha writing something in her notebook. I didn’t ask her as she was totally focused in her work. Next day morning after breakfast, Anusha and Asmi started working on a new project by closing door with privacy note on door. We were amused and allowed them to spend time as it was Sunday.
At the time of lunch, we saw that they had prepared many drawings, posters of Movie office.
They declared that they will make a show of real movie theatre and asked mom’s help in preparing popcorn, peanut and popsicles. Dad helped them to setup movie office. We all helped them in decorating the office, filling popcorn in her paper boxes.

In the evening they asked us to take part in their drama. Then we saw the movie on TV sitting on sofa and taking eatables from Asmi, who served us the items with our order. We enjoied the edpisode and imagined as Movie show in Theatre.
I felt that kids have imagination and capacity to build projects on their own without taking anybody's help. In fact, we should allow them to be creative and should not thrust our ideas in their novel and live perceptions.
