English Translation

I like the famous Marathi Film song देहाची तिजोरी ... with following details.
I felt that there is a great message for doing  good things for everlasting happiness, hidden in the wrapper of popular devotional song.
I tried to explain that meaning through English translation.I request readers to correct my understanding of song and suggesting better explanation.

My body(heart) is locker where I have kept my love to you
Oh God ! Please open the locker door now

I find that people enjoying
like cat drinking milk by closing eyes
(But the world is seeing your action)
Why to fear moon light like thief
Why the  strong hands also start trembling

Good deeds are done in open light
Bad deeds are hidden in darkness
Everyone has to bear load of his deeds
How the evil and mean minded can serve people

Selfishness is a deceptive decorated mirror
Our own image becomes our enemy
Every time we should guard against evil deeds

Oh God, I feel that my locked mind should get opened by you
And you should accept my love with joy
I should be able to find way to reach you

Some did bad things for getting honour
He was bound by bad history but thought himself free
Now he will envy for his own lost happyness

We see that many famous people in society whom we thought to be ideal and great, can't get rid of the evil deeds done by them in past and are now afraid of their own history to get revealed  and are envying their own  happiness which was there before such deeds.

The poem warns every human being of taking care of their own minds to remain pure and good to ensure their happiness  in life.
