My translation of poem to express feelings of mothers during this lockdown

या चिमण्यांनो परत फिरा रे,

घराकडे अपुल्या

जाहल्या तिन्हीसांजा जाहल्या

My dear sparrows,
Return back to home
Sun has set and now it is evening

दहा दिशांनी येईल आता अंधाराला पूर
अशा अवेळी असू नका रे आईपासून दूर

चुकचुक करिते पाल उगाच चिंता मज लागल्या

Darkness will flood in from all sides
Do not be away from your mother at this time
Signs of bad event are worrying me

अवतीभवती असल्यावाचुन कोलाहल तुमचा
उरक न होतो आम्हा आमुच्या कधीही कामाचा

या बाळांनो या रे लौकर वाटा अंधारल्या

Unless you are playing around happily
We cannot complete our work

My dear kids come early

as darkness is filling the road
