Environmental Engineers should accept the responsibility of preventing Environmental Pollution and should lead the society, pressurize industries or government to act effectively.
My guide Dr. G. D. Agrawal has set an example of ideal Environmental Engineer who was Director of IIT, Kanpur, Member Secretary of CPCB, Delhi and the leader of Tarun Bharat Sangh who did fast unto death to save Ganga River Pollution due to construction of dams.

Environmental Engineering versus Environmental Pollution
There are many social organizations and NGOs in India working
in the field of environmental awareness and education. They have played an
important role as a whistle blower in drawing attention of society at
increasing environmental pollution. Strong social and political pressure groups
have formed to struggle against polluters and force the administrative
authorities to take appropriate steps in preventing pollution. Many of the leaders of such organizations are
dedicated environmental scientists.
Government of India has made it mandatory to teach Environmental Studies
as a common subject at school and college level. This has helped in dissemination
of knowledge about causes of
environmental pollution, their adverse impacts on human health, agriculture and
property and need of preventive waste minimization methods and nature
conservation.
However, it has indirectly fostered a belief that any infrastructural
development project, industrial growth or urbanization is bound to increase pollution and therefore should be opposed. This negative impact on the
minds of people is due to failure of environmental engineers in educating the
people about capability of modern environmental technology in control of
pollution. Environmental engineers
generally remain aloof from environmental awareness activities and do not educate people about research and
development in pollution prevention technologies. Most of the expert
environmental engineers pursue research of academic interest and remain engaged
in educational sector.
Other environmental professionals provide technical consultancy to industries, local bodies and project planners,
they are involved in technical designs
of treatment plants and do not have rapport with environmental NGOs fighting
against pollution. Many a times these consultants have to play a role of defending
polluters even though they know that the
pollution has occurred due to neglect in
operation and maintenance rather than faults in design. Naturally, environmental NGOs look upon these
experts as people working against
environmental protection.
In fact, development in any sector without damage to
environment is possible if necessary precautions are taken in selection of
site, waste minimization and recycling techniques are used, treatment plant
with proper capacity and efficiency is provided and operation of plant is
closely monitored to ensure desired performance.
Environmental engineers have to come out from their secure
design offices and lead the NGOS fighting for effective pollution control by highlighting drawbacks in present system
and offering convincing environment management plan to project proponents. He should also educate people about the
treatment methodologies and their
expected efficiencies. He should also create awareness about the evils of
pollution in administrators and decision makers and give clear idea about
seriousness of problem if pollution is not controlled due to any lapses in effective execution and management.
Beware of History
Beware of History - it can be concealed but can never be deleted.
Exposure of corruption cases against high placed officers, dignitaries, industrialists and political leaders is demystifying arena around them as ideal, honest and efficient personalities. Their black deeds in the past, which were concealed up till now, are becoming alive and are destroying their present character and prestige.
Unfortunately, they cannot do anything to protect their image and are trying frantically to find some alibi or justification of their actions done in the past or hide the evidences. Even if they do mean to correct that mistake, it is impossible to do so as the event has become inaccessible.
Time is a universal recorder of history. Time has only one positive direction. You cannot change the history. All your actions in the past is a frozen truth.
Hence there is a great responsibility for present. If you behave wrongfully, you are creating a bad history for yourself. Talibani forces tried to destroy Buddhist temples in Afghanistan, but they could not remove them from history. America cannot remove its bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki from history. China cannot erase the ruthless killing of students demanding liberation policies. It is said that spoken word or fired bullet cannot be taken back. Same thing is true for every action you do. I remember one Sanskrit verse warning the hasty misbehavior.
सहसा विदधीत न क्रियाम् ।
अविवेकः परमापदां पदम् ॥
(कोणतेही कृत्य अविचाराने करू नये. कारण अविवेक हे नाना आपत्तींना आमंत्रणच होय.)
Do not act in haste and without thinking what is good or bad, don't get lured by temptation of getting wealth, power or success by wrong means. Any thoughtless action can lead to many miseries. There is other side of this fact. If you have done some good thing,acted wisely and responsibly, helped others and did something for the welfare of society, it is your permanent asset.
Late Dhondumama Sathe started Engineering College in Sangli struggling against all odds. His name will remain as the founder of the college for all the time to come. Dr G. D. Agrawal's fast, Medha Patkar's struggle for rehabilitation of displaced persons though might not have yielded expected results have helped to achieve significant change in project implementation. Even though many efforts have been done to destroy the libraries and centers of wisdom like Nalanda, our ancient achievements in exploring knowledge are still acting as a great resource of information to new discoveries. Our glorious past history of freedom struggle has become a legend.
I read somewhere that when president Suharto of Indonesia visited India, he expressed his interest in Ramayana and Mahabharata epics. Pandit Nehru commented that India is secular and not Hindu nation. What Suharto said at that time is very important. he said that "You can change future but cannot change history. Our country has majority of Muslim population, but we still respect our history of great Hindu religion" (No proof for this story with me and may contain some errors)
When some industrialists and leaders say "We might have done some mistakes", we have to understand that they have realized their mistakes or they cannot deny them but that does not pardon them and they have to face the consequences and cannot get exempted for the wrong deeds.
They should be forced to overcompensate the damage they have done. what lesson we should learn from this is that let us be vigilant of our own actions and build faultless history of our personality. We will not have to repent afterwords or be afraid of our own history in future.
Habit of good intentions and behavior mold our character.
"Occasions do not make man good or bad, they only show what he is".
As a student of Late Dr. Agrawal, I have decided to continue his work of struggling against corrupt practices in Pollution Control and Education Sectors.
New revelations of drugs and politics in film industry have shown the power of social media in unearthing the bad deeds.
This is a good sign indicating the end of Kali Yuga and start of Satya Yuga with construction of Ram Mandir.
I shall be publishing book on memories of Dr. G. D. Agrawal and his Save Ganga movement on 18th October as he sacrificed his life for this cause on 11th October 2018.
I hope that all my colleagues and students will support me in this task.
Design of STP for Sheri Nalla by Walchand College
There were reports in News that MWSSB does not have design details of disposal system planned for treating Sheri Nalla wastewaster at Rasulwadi and pollution problems cannot be resolved due to unavailability of design.
Walchand College of Enginnering had done the design of this plant during the time, I was in service at the college. I am giving below the details of prefeasibility report of the STP design, we had submitted to MWSSB.
Now, Dnyandeep Infotech has started Environmental Consultancy division and we wish to provide all technical help required to SMK Corporation in solving all outstanding environmental problems.
We have with us experts who have designed Sheri Nalla scheme under National River Action Plan, We have EPRF and Nature Foundation who are providing technical solutions to many projects treatment of Industrial wastes, Nature conservation projects like Agrani River. Environmental Protection Research Foundation ( EPRF, Sangli) has prepared comprehensive Research Project under the guidance of Dr. B. Subba Rao on Environmental aspects of Sugar Industry by surveying all major sugar factories in India under the research grant given by CPCB, New Delhi.
Following Marathi Summary was published for Sugar Industries in Maharashtra as the decision makers in management of Sugar factories like to get information in Marathi.

Corruption and Politics in Pollution Control
Environmental Protection Research Foundation was started to do research and development activities in Pollution Control Technologies so that economical and effective methods can be developed to suit local conditions of manpower, environment and resource availability.
Dr. B. Subba Rao developed Anaerobic Lagoon method for treating distillery waste, which was pioneering innovation in environmental technology in India. Fortunately Hon;ble Vasantrao data Patil, Chief Minister supported our research work since 1970, which we started in Walchand Engineering College. Most of the sugar factories in Maharashtra and Karnataka adopted our technology and we diversified our activities to other agro-based industries and later to other sectors.
During the period of 1970 to 2000 many students who dis post graduation in Environmental Engineering from our Walchand College, helped us in field visits, testing and monitoring as part of their research work.
These students after graduation joined corporate companies in Environment sector, some joined Pollution Control Boards and some decided to do consultancy on their own. Industries being interested in avoiding extra financial burden of providing adequate pollution control equipment and manpower, tried to manage the regulatory agencies and consultants to adopt corrupt practises.
Stiff competition and attraction of getting quick money through corrupt practises slowly spread in the entire environmental consultancy field and it became very difficult to survive in this situation.
Failure of pollution control inspite of pollution control mechanism created unrest in pollution affected areas and people lost confidence on Pollution Cotrol officers and consultants.
This situation was observed all over India and many corporates became masters in grabbing large projects and managing the unrest with legal tactics.
My Ph. D. guide Dr. G. D. Agrawal who was director of IIT, Kanpur had joined as Member Secretary of CPCB. But seeing this condition of continuing pollution, he resigned the post and started agitation to save Ganga river.
By doing indefinite fast and giving many ultimatums to government, when he found that pollution of Ganga river is unabated, he refused to give up fast and became martyr.
We had conducted seminars on Save Ganga Project through EPRF and supported Dr. G. D. Agrawal.
I was involved in Dnyandeep Infotech, Web Design company I had established and had started Dnyandeep Foundation to educate people in green technology.
As such, I could not help Dr. B. Subba Rao in in his work and he started working as independent consultant.
After sad demise of my wife, Sou Shubhangi in 2016, I felt that I am not not doing anuthing to fulfill aspirations of Dr. G.. D. Agrawal and I started Environmental Consultancy as new division of Dnyandeep Infotech. I took Shri. Watve, a long time associate and incharge of Environmental laboratory of Walchand College and Prof. S. V. Kulkarni, senior professor from KIT, Kolhapur as directors and started working.
Fortunately for me, Dr. N. S. Raman, Retd Director from NEERI, Nagpur joined us as director and took the responsibility of starting new branch in Nagpur.
Now my job has become easy. I can fully devote my time, energy and money to do the essential duty of eliminating the corrupt practises fron pollution control field.
I have approached Dr. B. Subba Rao to join hands and support our activities. We both have to teach our own students to adopt honesty transperancy and give maximum selfless service in providing failproof, but economical treatment technology to industries so that their growth can be ensured causing overall development of India without damage to environment.
I hope that all my students and colleagues will welcome this move and help Dnyandeep Infotech to achieve its goal of promoting sustainable development.

कोरोनोमुळे घरात बसावे लागल्याने अनेकांचे शिक्षण थांबले आहे. पुण्यामुंबईत जाऊन नामांकित संस्थेमध्ये शिक्षण घेण्याचे स्वप्नही भंग पावले आहे. असावेळी तासभराच्या झूम मीटींगमधून अर्धवट शिक्षण न घेता वेबडिझाईनचा पूर्ण कोर्स करण्याची संधी ज्ञानदीप आपल्याला देत आहे. तेही केवळ वेबडिझाईनवर न थांबता आपण वेबमास्टर होऊन स्वतंत्र व्यवसाय करण्यास समर्थ बनविण्यासाठी ज्ञानदीप आपणास प्रत्यत्र वेबडिझाईनच्या कामात आपणास सहभागी करून घेईल. आता वेबमास्टर म्हणजे काय हे समजले पाहिजे.

वेबमास्टर हा शब्द जाळे विणणार्या कोळ्यावरून आला आहे. कोळी ज्याप्रमाणे आपल्या पोटातील रसापासून सुंदर, नाजुक पण ताकदवान धागा तयार करतो व त्यापासून नयन मनोहर, एरवी अदृष्य पण उन्हाच्या प्रकाशात इंद्रधनुष्याचे रंग घेऊन चमकणारे जाळे तयार करतो. हे जाळे त्याने अनेक ठिकाणी पानाफांद्यांना जोडलेले असते. अशा जाळ्याच्या बाजूला राहून कोळी आपल्या जाळ्यावर नजर ठेवून असतो. जाळे तुटले तर लगेच ते परत दुरुस्त करतो. अनवधानाने वा जाळ्याच्या आभासी रंगांना भुलून कीटक त्यात अडकले की कोळी त्यांना आपल्या धाग्यांनी जखडून टाकतो व आपले भक्ष बनवतो.
सध्याच्या संगणक विश्वात वेबसाईटची तुलना अशा कोळ्याच्या जाळ्याशी करता येईल. ग्राहकांना आकर्षित करण्यासाठी वेबसाईट डिझाईन करून व त्याचे व्यवस्थापन करणारा वेबमास्टर म्हणजे सायबर विश्वातील कोळीच म्हणता येईल.
कोळ्याच्या जाळ्यात जसे एका मध्यवर्ती बिंदूस अनेक धागे जोडलेले असतात. त्याप्रमाणे वेबसाईटमध्ये इंडेक्स पेजला इतर सर्व पाने जोडलेली असतात. धाग्याधाग्यांमध्ये जसे बंध असतात तशा वेबसाईटच्या पानांमध्ये लिंक असतात. सहा पाय असलेला कोळी जाळे विणतो. त्याप्रमाणे अनेक तंत्रशाखांचा ( HTML, CSS, Javascript, Photoshop, Flash, Multimedia and other advanced techniques) उपयोग करून वेबसाईट डिझाईन करावी लागते. वेबमास्टरकडे अशा तंत्रशाखांचा वापर करण्याचे कसब असावे लागते. कोळी आपल्या पोटातील रसापासून धागा बनवतो. त्याप्रमाणे वेबमास्टरला वेबसाईटवरील मजकूर (Content writing) तयार करावा लागतो. वेबसाईटचे डिझाईन आकर्षक रंगसंगतीचे व लक्षवेधून घेणारे असावे लागते. युजरने वेबसाईटला भेट दिली तर त्याला वेबसाईटवरच गुंतवून ठेवण्यासाठी वेबमास्टरला विशेष क्लृप्त्या लढवाव्या लागतात व भेट देणार्यास आपल्या विक्रीयोग्य मालाचे वा सेवेचे ग्राहक बनण्यासाठी वा त्याचे मत जाणून घेण्यासाठी प्रवृत्त करावे लागते.
एखाद्या संस्थेच्य़ा वा उद्योग-व्यवसायाची वेबसाईट डिझाईन करण्यापूर्वी वेबमास्टरला वेबसाईटचे स्थूल स्वरूप (Scope) निश्चित करावे लागते. संस्थेची सर्व माहिती (उदा. नाव, स्थान, उद्देश, इतिहास, रचना, व्यवस्थापन व विक्री वा सेवा वा इतर कार्य ) एकत्रित करून त्याची सुबक मांडणी करणे हे एक कौशल्याचे काम असते. ही माहिती वेबपेजेसच्या स्वरुपात तयार करून अशी वेबपेजेस लिंक वापरून एकमेकांना जॊडून अशी एकसंध वेबसाईट तयार करावी लागते की भेट देणार्यास त्याच्या इच्छेप्रमाणे कोणतीही माहिती चटकन मिळू शकेल. ही माहिती अद्ययावत ठेवण्यासाठी त्यातील पानांचे वरचेवर नूतनीकरण करावे लागते. संस्थेतील योग्य व्यक्ती वा विभागाकडून अशी माहिती ( मजकूर, फोटो, ध्वनी वा व्हिडिओ क्लिप्स) संकलित करणे त्याचे संपादन करणे व प्रसिद्धीसाठी त्याची आकर्षक मांडणी करणे हे काम वेबमास्टरला करावे लागते. एखादा मुद्दा नीट समजण्यासाठी काही चित्रे (Clip art) व सजावटीसाठी डिझाईन (Graphic) यांचाही वापर करावा लागतो. मनोरंजनासाठी फ्लॅश वा HTML5 च्या साहाय्याने पानातील मजकुरात जिवंतपणा (Animation) आणावा लागतो.
ग्राहकाच्या इच्छेनुसार हवी ती माहिती गोळा करून वेबपेजचे डिझाईन सर्व्हरवरील प्रोग्रॅमद्वारे होत असेल तर अशा वेबसाईटला डायनॅमिक वेबसाईट म्हटले जाते. अशा वेबसाईटसाठी स्वतंत्र डाटाबेस (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle ) आणि पीएचपी, डॉट नेट वा जावा प्रोग्रॅम यांचा वापर करावा लागतो. याउलट स्टॅटिक वेबसाईटमध्ये डाटाबेस न वापरता वेबपेजेस तयार करून त्यांचा संच सर्व्हरवर ठेवला जातो. ज्ञानदीपचा वेबमास्टर कोर्समध्ये प्रामुख्याने स्टॅटिक वेबसाईट डिझाईनचा समावेश केला आहे.
अशी वेबसाईट तयार करणे व त्याचे व्यवस्थापन करणे या गोष्टी वेबमास्टरच्या कार्यकक्षेत येतात. मात्र वेबसाईट डिझाईन करण्यासाठी अनेक तंत्रशाखांतील कुशल तंत्रज्ञांची गरज लागत असल्याने बहुधा हे काम बाहेरच्या वेबडिझाईन संस्थेमार्फत करून घेतले जाते व त्याचे नूतनीकरणाचे काम वेबमास्टरला करावे लागते. वेबसाईट डिझाईन केली नसली तरी पानांत सुधारणा करण्यासाठी व नवी माहिती घालण्यासाठी आवश्यक त्या सर्व तंत्रशाखांचे प्राथमिक ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक असते. ज्ञानदीपचा वेबमास्टर कोर्सचा उद्देश असे प्राथमिक ज्ञान देणे हा आहे. हा कोर्स केवळ पैसे देऊन वा परीक्षा पास होऊन मिळणार नाही तर त्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्याची हे ज्ञान आत्मसात करण्यासाठी आवश्यक तेवढा वेळ खर्च करण्याची तयारी पाहिजे. या कोर्सच्या शेवटी परीक्षा असणार नाही तर विद्यार्थ्याकडून एक वेबसाईट डिझाईन प्रॉजेक्ट पूर्ण करून घेतले जाईल.
इंटरनेटवर अशी तयार झालेली वेबसाईट प्रसिद्ध करण्यासाठी डोमेन नेम कसे रजिस्टर करायचे, सर्व्हरवर ती कशी स्थापित करायची याचे प्रत्यक्ष मार्गदर्शन विद्यार्थ्यास देऊन त्याला वेबसाईटचे व्यवस्थापन व नूतनीकरण कसे करायचे हे शिकविले जाईल.

Retired Teacher's Association ( Why teachers retire?)
Early morning, lingering thoughts in my subconscious mind gave a jolt and questioned why we should be called retired? I got up and started writing on Retired Teacher's WhatsApp Group i haste as if that thought may fizzle out. This is the note I made on the group.
.Retired teachers have stopped teaching. Why? I think we should continue our profession as there are students who require our technical knowledge and explanation concepts which are lost in the present objective examination approach. Students have stopped studying hard and after quick solutions.

This group will gain it's reputation and shall be true to its name.
I have started Environmental consultancy at this age of 77 and still find that professionals in this field lack many minor details and techniques which are learned only through experience which involves failures also.
We should not allow our experience to be lost forever.
Though technology is new the method of study and understanding the concepts has not changed and is lacking in most spoon feeding lectures.
We should force students to learn on their own and provide our advice and monitoring.
I think all should express their views on this topic. In USA I found that our old and effective method of dedicated study has been eliminated causing great damage to intellect capacity.
I am feeling at my fault in not visualising this condition. We have to accept displeasure or ridicule from current teachers but we must do our duty not for money but for inner satisfaction to share the experience and record it for those who need it desperately. And there are many students who would welcome such move.
In the accelerated growth of science and technology, students have to skip many essential ideas and principles which make their knowledge superficial and relient on computers. Fortunately artificial intelligence has brain like s kid and requires to be trained by experienced people.
This provides us great opportunity to teach machines if our children and. grandchildren do not think our knowledge important or relevant.
I feel that every member of this group can become a successful entrepreneur if he uses his experience and trains young by assisting them financially. This much rewarding than keeping the money in bank and waiting for interest.
Atleast I have decided accordingly. I find that even in IT the fresh learners lack dedication and loose the track and get pleasure in games and social media.
Teacher is a teacher and should remain teacher all life. Be bold and do what you think correct and show the new generation the strength of old generation.
Sorry for long note. It is a spontaneous outcome of recent experience and apathy seen everywhere.

Now I give you the background of this surge in thought.
I have been member of Retired Teacher's assocation started 25 years back due to initiative by Prof. H. U. Kulkarni and late Prin. G. C. Kanitkar. Since then we are meeting every month and enjoying the memories of our time.
Two years back Dnyandeep Foundation took a lead in arranging get-together of our association. The program was chaired by Director of the College and was a memorable event.
Then we arranged Seminar on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Walchand College of Engineering, We mt many past students and tried to get ideas how we can bring back the old culture of teaching in a practical way and working with students in solving industrial problems.
Recently we could establish CISTED Foundation for doing such teacher-student interactive work for promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, we got very poor response to our efforts from retired teachers and the Whatsapp group we formed just became a place of forward messages and stories of other inventions.
Too much information and too many innovations have created problem rather than promotion. The dedicated efforts and hard work done by inventor is replaced by animation and pleasure of enjoying marvels of research. Same thing is happening in USA. On TV and Youtube we see mind boggling inventions from world over and feel discouraged to do any thing by our own. Students are kept engaged in project activities but there are no challeges or dearth of resources. The resource suppliers have grown to become a profitable business.
The industry and business also has lost value of technical knowledge and has become play of economics.
The new generation is is becoming lazy, reserved, selfish and insecure. They are under stress with minor problems.
Teachers only can do the needful to bring back old eternal values to honesty, hard work and compassion and becoming happy not through material wealth but by earning respect for work.

Third Eye of Information Technology
It is our firm belief that in ancient days, saints and learned could see the events occurring anywhere in the world by the power of their mind. In the great epic Mahabharata, it is stated that Sanjay used this power to describe with visual details the events in war between Kouravas & Pandavas. Shri Krishna also showed the entire universe to Arjuna. In Puranas it is written that Lord Shankara has third eye and if he opens it, he can burn anything before him and turn it into ashes.
We have now started experiencing similar powers of information technology in socio-political spectrum in the entire world.
Today anybody can contact any other person located anywhere through mobile.By using audio-visual chatting facilities like skype, yahoo messenger and google talk, we can do conversation with our friends and relatives by staying in our house. with advent of 3D technology, this experience is becoming more realistic.
We can read the books on net and do not require to go to library for that.Visiting any place, moving on any road in the worlds and doing virtual shopping has become possible due to new developments in TV and web technology. Right to information alone would not be sufficient unless the information is freed from the clutches of imposed secrecy on shady deals.
Long back, I had read a science fiction story ‘ Gold Fish’, where a scientist devises technique to see through opaque walls. The authority of approving the application of invention visualizes its possible effect in destroying the privacy of human beings and conversion of community as a flock of goldfish in transparent bowl. with this fear, the authority destroys the equipment which could build such devices.

In case of corruption, minimum two persons are involved. sting operations by media have brought out many cases of corruption. We say that now a days there is too much corruption in public life. In my opinion, similar corruption might be there earlier also. But it was well concealed and common people never had any chance even to doubt about it as there was hard cover of total confidentiality and protection of sensitive documents. now the times have changed.
Democracy has given powers and courage to people for demanding information, support of law in the form of right to information and more important techniques of grasping secret information. That is the reason, why people have become aware of corruption. I think it is a good sign and will have healthy impact on preserving democracy and fairness in business practices.
I remember to have read an eye opening event described in the first chapter of ‘Atlas shrugged’, a novel by Ann Rynd. While going home after office hours, the person( can’t remember the name) sees a big fallen tree on the road and people gathered to see how such a big assuring tree has suddenly collapsed. What they see there is that even though the tree was looking intact and strong from outside, it was totally eaten by termites with a big hollow portion in the middle. We are experiencing similar situation about our present governing structure. the only difference is that the tree is still standing and there is some hope of weeding out the termites who are destroying the tree.
It is seen that common man is disappointed and feeling helpless by rampant corruption by people at high places of authority and power.
But now information technology has provided all powerful magical third eye to see anything happening illegal anywhere. It has also capability to dislodge the persons from their chairs of authority, destroy their empire and expose their deeds for legal action.
If such capability of seeing through would have been available long back, many international nasty espionage activities, Hitler’s atrocities, labour camps in Syberia, world wars and slavery could have been avoided by necessary restraints and revolts by society. Personal freedom and rights could have been guarded in an effective way from dominating fascist rulers.
I feel that information technology is a new weapon available to people for destroying corruption of selfish rulers in present Kaliyuga and establishment of Satyayuga. People should use it like Parashurama.
It is said that Parashurama destroyed all bad rulers from the world for 21 times. If we examine the reason why he had to do this many times and why he could not eliminate its recurrence again, we reveal that lust for power and its misuse after achieving it is a normal human behavior. hence, it is necessary to keep the struggle on and prevent misuse of power for selfish gains by leaders.
It is rightly said that ” To err is human”. Great socialist leader H. V. Kamat had warned people not to give status of God to anybody, whatever may be his sacrifice or achievement as his feet inherently are mortal ( He has limitations of human psyche). Accordingly, the present trend of worshiping leader is not correct. Worship the thoughts and not the mortal body.
It is necessary for healthy democracy to have majority of people with no party alliance. It should be presumed irrespective of promises or services rendered by any party that if it comes to power it will become selfish and corrupt if not monitored by people with strict vigilance.
If the people in administration realize that all powerful third eye of information technology is always focusing on them, they would not dare to misuse the power for their personal or party gains. Society equipped with such guarding system can safeguard democracy and channelize development with real objective of social uplift and preservation of environment.
Now the news channels have started probing homicide, drug, finance and soon this fire will engulf all bad deeds done in dark and turn kaliyug back to Satyayuga
