Dnyandeep Education & Research Foundation

Public Charitable Trust registered under Public Trust Act(1950)

Vide No. E/1530/Sangli dated 16-3-2005.

This foundation was established for undertaking Research & Development projects in Information Technology for speedy transfer knowledge about advances in science and Technology and to promote their implementation for the overall development of India.  

Considering the difficulty in raising  Seed Capital for Starting New Business, it is decided to operate Dnyandeep Foundation as a community run  activity of subscribing members who wish to start their business or training as entrepreneur under Dnyandeep Foundation Banner enjoying the community support and portfolio of Foundation.

Individual Member

 ·        Annual subscription of Rs.5000/-( India) or $100/-( Foreign Country)

·        Life Membership - Rs. 25000/-

·        Organisation Member ( only for India)

·        Annual subscription Rs. 25000/-

·        Life Membership — Rs. One lakh/- 

Note –All the money will be used for supporting members in their research, education and business activities.

As it is a public trust, the approach will be to provide services with No Loss No Profit principle and collect 30% of share from revenue for building central infrastructure, office correspondence, marketing and administration services. 

There will be complete transparency as regards functioning, activities and accounts. The members can view the activity details and accounts and can suggest / modifications in working of foundation. The managing body shall be elected by election through life members.

This is a new concept evolved after studying the incubation requirements for entrepreneurs having no financial backing or experience portfolio to start with.

The foundation will be assisted by Dnyandeep Infotech Pvt. Ltd. company which is a well established IT company with track record of 20 years. The company has started Environmental Consultancy division and opened a new branch in Nagpur.  The chairman of the company Drt. S. V. Ranade is staying in California on Green Card Status and hopes to get the projects from USA for Dnyandeep Foundation  members in India and Indians living in foreign countries.

All the activities of Dnyandeep Foundation will be published on https://dnyandeep.net, an official website of Dnyandeep Foundation.

I think this is the first attempt of this kind to give stimulus in promoting start-ups  by financially weaker unemployed educated youth in India.
