Objectives of the Trust
1)  To undertake research and development projects in information technology for providing modern educational facilities to people of all casts and religions for achieving mass literacy, science awareness and human resource development.
2)  To achieve national integration by opening channels of information communication crossing the barriers of languages, distance and other limitations through use of web technology and software development. 
3)   To develop internet information resource centers and establish association of individuals and organizations concerned with use of Information Technology for India.
4)   To establish and run education portal websites, schools, colleges, research laboratories and libraries for imparting education in Information Technology and related fields.
5)   To collaborate with national and international education and research institutes and other organizations for imparting distance education in various fields through electronic media.
6)   To undertake and conduct seminars, exhibitions and training programs for disseminating information about advances in science and technology.
7)   To provide information resources to Indians living abroad for preservation and propagation of Indian Literature, Culture and National Heritage with reciprocal contribution from them for overall development and prosperity of India.
8)   To strive for building India strong with the help of Information Technology and to make it a world leader in propagating knowledge and wisdom to the mankind.
9)   To undertake any other activity necessary for achieving above objectives.

The membership is for those who would like to start their own business or work as free lancer anonymously under the banner of Dnyandeep Foundation. The payments will be received in the name of Dnyandeep Foundation and the member will be reimbursed the amount after cutting 30% as association fee. The members can form a group to work on projects as needed and get help from designated experts.

Note –All the money will be used for supporting members in their research, education and business activities.
As it is a public trust, the approach will be to provide services with No Loss No Profit principle. There will be complete transparency as regards functioning, activities and accounts. The members can view the activity details and accounts and can suggest / modifications in working of foundation. The managing body shall be elected by election through life members.
