Online training by Professionals

Dnyandeep Foundation is devising a flexible but effective system of knowledge transfer and skill development, which is very different than present educational system based on fixed curricula, contact hours, attendence and elaborate monitoring and examination system.

Dnyandeep Foundation will launch an open platform for professionals and skill experts  ( hereafter called as Trainers) who are ready to give training and persons who are interested in getting such training ( hereafter called as learners). Thus there is no pre-qualification for trainers as their expertise or capability be judged by learner and no other statutory authority. Even students can become trainers if they can convince their expertise to learners. The learners will have a choice to choose trainer, decide course content and can get quote for fee of training charges from trainer.

Full time Internship

The trainers shall display their portfolio and scope of their training. It  should have duration not less than one month with 40 hours work by learner per week to get internship status. Trainer can give guidelines, provide resource material and give assignments necessary for assimilating the knowledge or new skill set. He can decide contact hours per week  after discussing with learner and his requirements. and online meets shall be flexible as per convenience of trainer and learner. The total training shall be one to one basis with specific outcome goal decided by learner.

Part time flexible courses
 Considering the need of students pursuing academic course or people doing full time job, training on part time with flexible working schedule can be decided by mutual understanding between trainer and learner. The certificate of training will mention the total workload  and topic of study but would not have internship status.

 Trainer shall give in clear terms the capabilities the learner will achieve after getting the exact requirement from learner based on his prior knowledge level. It is preferrable if trainer helps the learner to develop some application to create confidence in the learner. The learner and not trainer should provide satisfactory certificate.

The fees shall be decided by trainer. 50% amount shall be paid in Dnyandeep Foundation account by the learner while registering for the course. Remaining 50% shall have to be paid after half the course period.

The trainer shall get 50% of the receipt after satisfactory completion of course ie approved both by learner and trainer. The certificate shall be issued indicating the course topica nd duration of course by Dnyandeep Founadtion with signature of trustee and trainer.

Considering the professional experience  and contribution of learner in actual projects,  Dnyandeep Infotech Pvt. Ltd. can give internship  practical experience certificate if the course duration is 3 or more months.
