After reading news of visit of China President Xi Jinping to India and listening
to TV show of Trump’s confirmation to possible Iran meeting, I slept
with thoughts of Walchand function and proposed visit of Prof. Deshpande’s visit
to Dnyandeep office.
The dream I saw was a total surprise. Instead of Prof. Deshpande, Chairman of Walchand Administration Shri. Ajit Gulabchand and Chairman
of Maharashtra Technical Education Society Shri. Prithviraj Deshmukh came to
visit Dnyandeep and I welcomed them with great pleasure.
They both seemed to be worried about future growth of Walchand College of
Engineering and wanted to resolve the issue amicably.
I expressed my opinion that present
setup and administration of Walchand College should continue by providing free
hand to administration for land use by MTES. In return, Walchand Trust should
help development of Modern Technical Education Hub in MTES Pune by investing equitable amount with no stakes of ownership.
To my utter surprise and joy, both agreed to my suggestion and decided to
work together repecting each other’s contribution and aspirations for growth of
technical education to new heights.
We took photographs and there was news conference and newspapers published
photos of meeting with header

I tried to turn the page and read the details of news. But the paper just
disappeared from sight
Oh! It was a dream.
For the first time I believed that the dream gives indications to the future.
