Dnyandeep Infotech wishes you Happy Diwali and New prosperous year.
With Diwali celebrations, establish your presence on Internet world by having your own website.
Today is the first day of Diwali. I got up rather late i.e. 4.30 am today as compared to our routine for such days. I am staying in USA at Sushant's house in Sunnyvale and we are invited by Sumedha at her house in Campbell. it is for the first time that I shall be present for Diwali in USA. However, my mind is filled up with memories of Diwali celebration in our house and I feeling strongly the absence of Shubhangi and my brother Shrikant at this time. Our Diwali henceforth will not be same as it used to be up till now.
Traditionally on the first day of Diwali, we all four brothers used to get up early in the morning and wished each other Happy Diwali on phone. Then we used to go to Ganesh Mandir in Sangli with our families and had Morning special breakfast and lunch at one house. All four days of Diwali we used to enjoy this way by distributing days within us.
For Shubhangi, Diwali was very important festival right from childhood. She had told me that before marriage, when she was in Pune staying with her mother they used to prepare all food items by staying awake for the whole night as her mother did not have time for such preparations in daytime. But both enjoyed it. In our house, Shubhangi treated this day auspicious and religiously carried out all rituals, renovation of Devghar (worship place), cleaned and decorated our house. We declared four days holidays for our Dnyandeep office but week ahead of Diwali, we used to clean and decorate office, prepare and send greetings to our customers and planned some new projects.
On many occasions, if Sushant was present, he used to help her in decoration and lighting arrangements. We used to prepare earthen forts for our grand children if they were to come for Diwali to our house.
Diwali festival has special significance for Ranade family as Uday's birthday is on Padawa and Asmi ( Sushant's younger daughter), Ojas( Sumedha's younger son) and Advay( Manish's elder son) birthdays also are on Diwali days. hence Diwali is really Diwali for Ranade family.
Shubhangi was present in USA at Sumedha's house at the time of Ojas's birth.
Shubhangi had written poems on Diwali and vividly described the festival culture and environment during these days. I give below the script and download audio link of the poems. You can listen to all poems by downloading apps of her poem books from Google play store )
