E Mail Communication

In India, use of one time effective communication service with written post cards has become obsolete. Almost everybody uses mobile and thinks it as the only effective and instant communication system. But one forgets to note the cost of such communication. It seems, we no longer like to communicate by email.

Remember, the email is most simple, non obstructive medium which records the messages permanently and creates history.

Skype,Yahoo messenger, Google talk are some of the popular chatting platforms with audio visual facilities. Facebook and Orkut are social networking sites. Twitter is mini blogging site with networking as the main feature. Yahoo and google groups are community service platforms.

Social networking has created many fancy and feature rich services which aggressively increase their membership, give more entertainment, prompt useless chatting, induce addiction and deceptively steal the contacts and salable information from users or thrust product advertisements.

If you are time conscious, want to remain safe and remain undisturbed and avoid diversion, the best way to communicate is still simple email. Efforts are on to intrude in this service also. But as compared to other avenues, this is still far away from madding crowd.

Why then not abandon this old method and use it at least once a week?
